Terms of Service
We wrote these terms to be understandable — not buried in legal jargon. By using BalanceWhiz you agree to them. If something here conflicts with a signed agreement you have with us, the signed agreement controls.
The service
BalanceWhiz is software that helps you model and visualize the timing of your cash flow. Features and availability will evolve as we improve the product, and we may change, add, or retire functionality from time to time.
Not financial advice
BalanceWhiz is not a bank, broker, advisor, accountant, or tax preparer. Forecasts and projections are only as accurate as the information you provide, and they should be used as decision support — not as advice. You remain responsible for your own financial decisions.
Your account
Keep your login credentials secure and don't share them. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account, except where the cause is something we're at fault for. Let us know promptly if you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the service — that includes things like probing, scraping, reverse-engineering, or attempting to access data that isn't yours. We may suspend access that puts users or the service at risk, and we'll try to be reasonable about it.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans, trials, and cancellation are described at checkout and on the Pricing page. Fees are charged as shown when you subscribe, and you can cancel at any time from your account.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. We work hard to keep BalanceWhiz available and accurate, but we can't warrant that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
