Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on managed infrastructure with industry-standard safeguards. We use scoped credentials, principle-of-least-privilege access, and routine backups. No system is perfect — if we ever experience an incident that affects your data, we'll tell you about it.

Retention

We keep your information as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to support backups, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. You can request deletion of your data at any time via Contact Us.

Your controls

You can:

• Update your account details or change your password from inside the product.
• Export or delete your data on request — we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
• Cancel your subscription at any time; we'll stop charging immediately.
